HeiDetect ValuCT
easy handling – full functionality
The HeiDetect ValuCT is the low cost entry into the world of industrial computed tomography. The system is easy to handle and requires hardly any prior knowledge in CT inspection.

 
ValuCT HeiDetect ValuCT is a complete CT system for non-destructive testing of small and medium-sized plastic and aluminum workpieces of different sizes and weights.

This all-in-one system consists of a radiation shielded cabinet, a high performance X-ray tube and a flat panel detector.
By selecting between two detectors of different dimensions, the CT system made by Heitec PTS GmbH can be adapted perfectly to your needs and workpiece sizes.

The lifting and rotating table is moved automatically, while the workpieces are positioned manually on the magnification axis. Therefore it is possible to adjust the distance between the focal point, the object and the detector, depending on the test object.

The reconstruction software Volex and the evaluation software Volume Player Plus are proven and tested solutions developed by the Fraunhofer Development Center for X-ray Technology EZRT, which is the development partner of Heitec PTS GmbH.
